 We are excited to bring  Tier III (highest level) Evidence-based health promotion programs recognized by the Colorado State unit on Aging to our community

AEA Certified exercise instructor Tammy Workman can help create the right program for you! Circuit Training involves total body exercise, training routines and includes endurance activities such as walking or cycling, strength training to keep your muscles strong and flexibility exercises to prevent injuries. This type of program includes several stations where exercises are completed consecutively. Our Circuit training routines are modified according to fitness level.

Led by a certified A Matter of Balance Coach

A Matter of Balance is a community class specifically designed to reduce fear of falling, stop the fear of falling cycle, and improve activity levels among aging adults. A Matter of Balance uses practical coping strategies to reduce fear of falling and to diminish the risk of falling including group discussions, mutual problem solving, exercises to improve strength, coordination and balance, and home safety evaluation.

97% of older adults taking A Matter of Balance are more comfortable talking about fear of falling and increasing their activity

Led by a certified Geri-Fit instructor this class is considered a "progressive resistance exercise program" meaning that once you have built up enough strength and endurance using lower weight dumbbells, you can graduate to using heavier dumbbells weights in order to become even stronger.
