Craig Pickleball

Pickleball like all sports has a risk of injury. Know your limitations and play within them. To help prevent injuries: Before beginning any new sport or activity discuss it with your doctor to be sure you are fit for participation.

Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the United States.  A paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple, and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.  This fun sport combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping pong.  Played both indoors or outdoors on a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net, with a paddle and a plastic ball.
